My husband and I have been visiting Ft. Bragg twice a year for the last 15 years. McKerricher is one of our favorites. We have been watching the ever changing coast line. We are absolutely amazed and saddened by the breach. Last years January breach was bad… but this one… WOW. We will be visiting again in March. Was curious about its condition now. Thank you for posting such a great current video or videos I should say. We enjoy them.

This was about a week ago. I heard that they are working on the berm but no news on the road. The park is still closed.

They have it pretty much patched up again. At least til next winters storms!
