Hi Kari! Thank you for watching my videos I appreciate you! To be promoted during shifts you have a cooldown of a certain amount of days you have to be the rank you are before you can be ranked to the next one! So you might either be on a cooldown or you just need to keep working hard to be noticed by an HR+ during a scheduled shift at the store! Hope this helps!

No worries there's a simple fix, try working your way back up again! You can find the three green lines in the up to date guides in the communications server (discord) once you become Store Manager again! I wish you luck!

Hi Taylor! That's shift lock! If you play on laptop or computer, once you are in game if you go to the roblox icon settings, it's a mouse preference you can enable shift lock to turn it on! To activate it click the shift key while in game! Hope this helps.

Hello! The first rank that can officially begin training at the training center is my current rank, Store Manager! As of right now you need to attend shifts at the department store during the scheduled shift times and demonstrate hard work to get noticed for a chance of promotion to work your way up to Store Manager! I wish you luck!

@@Oliv_gtw There is no set limit for how long to work before you are noticed by an HR+ to be promoted up ranks, so I suggest just continue working hard and attending a shift whenever you can at the scheduled shift sessions where HRs are looking to promote! That's how I have gotten promoted at least! If you'd like more tips and tricks check out my shifting for chance of promotion videos on my channel!

@@hisillypillow1104 It kinda is. I was a store manager (Before i quit at the time) I asked "May i tell you the strip because i was a new manger. A BOD said never to new people need to understand and learn then just going threw it and not getting any learning skills. Thats why.
