Sir if after the first shock shockable rhythm if sinus rhythm becomes normal ,bp start to improve which we will monitor by cardiac monitor we still give second shock

The only thing you can do is, you can educate the villagers (or bystanders) the basic life support over phone so that they can resuscitate till the help arrives
