আমার চোখে খুব জ্বালাপোড়া করত, ঝাপসা দেখতাম, চোখ থেকে নিয়মিত পানি পড়তো, ঘুম লাগত না, আমি প্রায় ১০ বছর ধরে নিয়মিত স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার করছি, গত এক মাস আগে ব্লু কাট লেন্সের চশমা ব্যবহার করা শুরু করি, এর পর থেকে আমার চোখের জ্বালাপোড়া, ব্যাথা, ঝাপসা দেখা ও চোখ থেকে পানি পড়া বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। তবে সবসময় ব্লু কাট লেন্সের চশমা না পড়াই ভালো, দীর্ঘ সময় কম্পিউটার বা স্মার্টফোন ব্যবহার করলে ব্লু কাট লেন্সের চশমা পড়া উচিত।
