About the title: It should be “Exclusive Memory with You - Addict of Gentleness”. The word 依赖症 means “addiction”, not affection. And 温柔 here is not an adjective but a noun, 'cause ◯◯依赖症 means addict of something, just like 酒精依赖症 means “addict of alcohol” = alcohol abuse. So the correct meaning of the latter part should be “addict of gentleness”. As well as we all know Miyako is addicted to Sensei's gentleness.
