The first one is at the beach, but it's a giant ship launching missiles at your party very slowly, it's a long prolonged fight different to most raids, so that's why the music has that mood, specially if you let a lot of missiles get past you and have to restart constantly. The previous raid tracks were the Total Assault tracks.

You should also check ost 177 and 178 after reacting to ost 181 because they are from the same arc (181 is the raid boss theme, 178 is the main antagonist main theme, and 177 is the ambience main theme).

You should check tracks 119 "Blood Stained Faith" and 182. These are not raid boss themes but they're still boss themes nonetheless.
