Blue Basin Waterfall - Trinidad and Tobago

Name: Blue Basin Falls

This waterfall is easy for beginer hikers and to carry children along.
After parking in the area provided you then follow the road. It quickly moves to a concrete walkway and then a dirt trail.
The short trail then takes you along the side of the mountain overlooking the river, a few minutes of walking and you reach the falls and its pool.
For the adventurous ones, if you are brave enough you can climb to the top of the falls and explore three other falls that are located to the top.
Whilst this area is easy to get to and to leave, a guide who knows the area and to climb to the other falls are suggested.
