Blue collar is about giving your kids better than you had. When your back and time is what you have to give, you give it all for your family.

Love this song, will have to play it for my man. He's the reason we're warm in the winter, have running water, a roof over our heads, and food in the fridge. The second he comes in the door after work I'm so happy. I wouldn't EVER trade him for a man in a suit and tie. Love my blue collar man ❤️

There’s tons of songs about blue collar workers and what not. Then this masterpiece comes along and hits you at the core. The first line “I pay a mortgage on a house that I don’t see”. Speaks a hundred percent truth. This is the definition of hard working blue collar workers. Excellent song. I love it.

That my dad alway trying to provide for his family and my mom is getting a divorce because she says he’s never there to love her but she never told that. My dad said. How am I going to fix something if I don’t know the problem and then she cheated on him and lied to his face about it. So she’s moving out and he’s gonna have to work even longer days to keep a roof above our heads.

I wish you the best TJ, THIS is what country music is and should sound like!!! Hope to hear more from you, keep this up and you will be well known with or without country radio, I noticed today Oliver Anthony has 30 shows booked for next year, a few months ago nobody knew him from Adam.

My dad. I as well. Raised us well. Man of few words. Many actions backing us up as well as my mother after her divorce when i was 15. The hurt my father went through. I gained a dad no step. I have a Been rebellious, my brothers and I. I leadrned to love both as one as we all have respect for not what was, but what could be. Love is still there though, if you're a man... be a man. I've come to understand its hard but for the kids, I'd do anything... Even a good man loving my kids as i do.
