I am truly blessed to be married to a cowboy, my cowboy. Cowboys are not like other men. They have integrity and their word and a handshake is the only contract needed. Today's ways and technology does no good out on the ranch. It don't catch cows or clean horses hooves or mend fence taken down. A cowboy only needs his hands to get things done. My cowboy works without complaining of how hard it can be. I have told him before I felt I had been born in the wrong time. He feels the same. Simpler times. I'm stuck on this song 😭😭. In Spanish we say Vaquero(cowboy). No matter what culture, or language we speak there is something about this life that we can all say we live. I haven't done much of that, but I miss riding horseback(with or without sattle), the sweat coming down my sombrero. I'm not one of the elders, but by God I'll sit down and hear the stories, while I make my own. Yeah there's still a few cowboys (vaqueros) left! 🍻🍻
