Tell that to the thousands of videos of multitracks, transcriptions, and performances of these songs. It may be rhythmically inaccurate for the original song, but when the Blue Devils perform this song, this is how it’s performed. Transcriptions aren’t in anyway something you can be sued over.

Music writing programs often distort the rhythms for sure. Sometimes you have to look at the notation to see what the transcriber has written. I'm waiting for someone to come up with a way for the sounds of these programs to authentically repoduce the real sounds of brass and woodwinds. I use Sibelius and even that program is lacking in that area. Love this arrangement. So nostalgic since I marched in 1980. Spirit of Atlanta

@@mattk5141 Yes, of course. I have only been a professional musician since 1985 and an arranger for just about that long. I see your point completely. You are a genius and a great guy. Thanks for schooling me on my criminally bad education. I will be certain to tell my university students to look you up when they need to know how anything like this works. Bravo, maestro. I salute you. Oh, and I marched in DCI and respect these people too much to steal from them, you dirty thief. Oops, there I go again, not knowing how anything like this works. My bad.
