I don't have a heat station, nor a soldering magnifying glass. It's also my first time soldering anything haha. Used some tweezers to rip out the old one, which left the solder points intact. Gonna put the other one on in a bit, decided to take a break from straining my vision . * I got a heat-station, and a digital microscope. Using the right tools made this a lot easier. a few weeks ago i found a post on reddit about them doing the same mod. they said they were colorblind so it made it much easier to tell if the battery was low

If you haven't grown up with the DS Lite then I'm sure green would be cool, but as someone who has grown up with the console, it being green for almost 2 decades, it's super cool being able to see it blue for a change :) and I'm sure that's the case for a lotta ppl!
