@@american_woman The only thing I do not like is the door to the bathroom from the bedroom. That leaves a lot less space in the bedroom to move your bed around, or to add furniture. Why 2 doors when its only a one bedroom unit? I love how this company uses pocket doors - they take up a lot less room!

Love this no-loft tiny home floor plan! Looks very spacious..everything nicely placed…Love the square shower design w the accent wall and shower curtain! Without the entertainment unit, the desk seems to fit properly as a work area..Just wish a dishwasher could be placed somewhere in the kitchen…As always, love the no carpet option for ease of cleaning…Love the bedroom size! 🎉❤

This is cute. So is your presentation. It's perfect for a single senior like me. I would want a gas stove, though. The price is great. I like the vaulted ceilings. I would add a surround walkway with perches for my cats, since there is no loft. I would also add a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Thanks. There are so many nice options. Now, all I need is the money.

I love tiny homes. However, it would have to be one that has a side by side top load washer/dryer. The stackables are a deal breaker for me. It looks like if you can put a back covered porch on these homes, that you could use some of that space for an indoor side by side washer/dryer and just have a half back porch. Then, make the place for the stackables in the kitchen a pantry.

That would add to the square footage, and it wouldn't be rated as an RV. That's why it's limited to 399 sq. ft. They do have other models and floorplans that do allow for a side by side, though.

@@AuntieNay I noticed that he always says 399sf, but they are not. Some are less if you calculate the length by the width. I saw one the other day that was 450sf and it was still classified as a park model RV, made by Winston. I've seen 2 or 3 they have done with a side by side, or one that could be modified for them. When you discover they are not all 399sf, it gives you a better idea of what you may or may not be paying for. Always times the length by the width, not including the porches or the loft. That will give you the square feet. Sometimes you think you are paying for 399sf, but you are only getting 362sf. They use the term "399sf" loosely.

I understand maxing the storage in the "Park Models" (under 400 sf) - with the larger under 900 sf being of a similar if not the same construction (wall strength) - can the larger models be built with at least one loft over the bathroom area?

The finishes are really nice. Love the fact that there is no loft. Love the whole thing except…I’m never gonna like a couch in my kitchen!!! I understand the constraints of 399 sq ft but the 11 ft wide models with a front kitchen or the front living room that has a breakfast bar that gives an illusion of some separation is worlds better. Pretty is great but a clever floor plan is forever🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I love the color. I would like to see the bathrooms, with a nautical and beach appeal The kitchens may have some backsplash composed of 3D murals. I would love to see homes that are cat friendly with trees, and plenty of vertical climbing. A combination of Mediterranean, Tropical, Latin, Greek, French, and Pueblo are wonderful styles.

Now this is so cute and nice price. Great layout. This be perfect for me. Do we buy this home on that land there? Personally I would get a couch with lounge small coffee table and halogen floor lamp by couch somewhere over there. I would have a bigger mirror with the French country wood framing around the mirror. A butcher block island with the same French country wood with tons of storage attached to it. For TV space, I get a craft made electric fireplace with corbels on the side with mantel on top them French country wood as well. Lastly, for thr pocket doors of home with rhe esthetic of a French country pocket doors, and bedroom door as well with that same French country bard door style.

The layout seems the same except that The Premier has a built-in entertainment center and the Blue Ivy has a rolling island. Some of these tiny homes are just all kitchen I'm glad to see the second window in the bathroom. Makes it much more cheerful & open feeling. In the bedroom, glad to see it's a bit larger. I would put the closets on the inside wall, so that there could be windows on the outside wall where the closets are

Seems like bathrooms should always be at the back of houses with bedrooms closer to the middle of houses. With them so close to the kitchen it sounds kind of unsanitary, plus "noises" need to be away from company. I don't mind the extra distance walking to it to have privacy.
