For the record: the U20 manager is the coach for the U20 team as well. It’s a subtle joke about how the JFA (or JFU in the Blue Lock universe) treats football as an “office job” and the manager is absolutely unqualified to be coach of the U20 team and will earn the nickname “puppet coach” in the U20 vs Blue Lock 11 match.
