@@noaworldTM I’m wondering about some of the comments they’ve made recently. Kunigami was told to abandon his ego, he said shidou ruined his life. Does this sound like someone still in the running to be #1? The wildcard doesn’t seem to just be a specialised training camp, and kunigami coming out of it doesn’t seem to put him on equal standing with the other blue lock players. Whatever happened in there, it’s still having an effect and I’m looking forward to seeing exactly what it was

Kunigami can rise up to be the next noa so he’ll have a huge chance to always be on the striker front lines and well for Kaiser he’s just Kaiser simple as that. On a striker level Kaiser out classes isagi in that aspect (he’s got both vision eyes and he has the impact which is just too good to give up to someone who relies on majority of his team to score a single point) isagi would be a cool back up for striker position but he’s got to get a new weapon if he’s going to be a main striker

That would make sense, Rin in his destroyer state does try to use his opponent’s best feature to beat them. Rin pulling off a move like that on Isagi and Shido would be very devious. Plus a move like that would be very Isagi-like as well.

Maybe but in theory playing centrally in the field would be better for players with great vision. Playing on just one side can be seen as limiting the player too.

There’s so many angles to look at it from that makes this match amazing. First let’s look at PXG Shidou and Rin are competing for top scorer, while those supporting them are trying to have their striker win to raise their own offers. Loki is using both of them to nurture Charles into a better support for him to make him the best striker in the world, putting him in direct competition with Noa. Possible we might see them play and have Loki see how he matches up against the best of the French national team. Finally we’ve got nanase whose offer is just short of the rank he needs, so he’s desperate to prove himself and secure his position Now for bastard munchen. Obviously we’ve got the classic kaiser vs isagi internally, then there’s rin vs isagi across the teams. Kaiser seems to have thought of something new and Rin has his more instinctive playstyle that he beat Sae with, so it’ll be interesting to see if Isagi can come up with a counter. As said before, Noa and loki are teammates for the World Cup, but will probably use the match as a way to show to the world who’s the better striker for the French team, influencing their team dynamic and the result of the next World Cup. Opposite Nanase, Raichi has just barely gotten a high enough offer to have a spot on the Japan u20 team. But he needs to at least match nanase in terms of achievements, or better yet do more than him for the whole match. Considering his stamina, it’ll proabably come down to the wire and show at the end of the game. Finally we’ve got Kunigami. He’s been erratic in bastard munchen, trying to force his way through like an early Barou. He finally gets to play against shidou again, and there’s the possibility we’ll see the process behind the wildcard that made him this way. jinpachi told him to discard his ego and he claims shidou ruined his life, so maybe he isn’t in the same position as other players after leaving the wildcard, there may be other rules he’s having to play by. Big picture, this match will give us the overall winner of the neo egoist league and the number one ranked player of blue lock for this selection, along with locking in the spots for the top 23. It’ll also set the stage for some of the foreign players to seek revenge on them in the U20 World Cup when they represent their own countries. All I can say is for the next chapters we’re going to be spoiled for juicy content

This will be without a doubt the greatest match since Blue Lock vs Japan U20! Like you stated, there are so many important factors in this match. A lot of important plot devices and every character has to deliver their Top Performance. Its going to very exciting to see who comes out on top and what plays will develop!

Isagi will definitely enter flow at least few times in this match. There was a panel in Chapter 241 hinting the idea of Isagi x Kaiser being a striker duo. They hate each other but if they do work together then they would be the deadliest duo in the NEL.
