I think there were a few indicators of reo being able to copy stuff. For instance during the first selection when team Z was up against reosl team and he copied the pass of the team Z play after he was like "yo nagi let's give that a try too". Also if someone has balanced skills it's highly possible they will have a copy based playstyle (see kise from kuroko no basket)

Well logically speaking, they would have to be putting more time and effort on the actual 'Blue lock vs U20' match, but if they were actually logical, they would have made so much more money on the long-term and built their brand if they gave their animators time to animate these episodes. All we can do is hope for the best.

Guessing, but i think because isagi talks during matches, you have to wait till his dialogue finishes, cause image they are about kick the ball to isagi in the penalty area and he thinks with those puzzle for two minute, now everything has to stop till he finishes.
