so sad to see the influence of Rice on bluegrass - now the silly guitar gets the first solo even though the whole damn band has back off so that you can that box. Hello, the acoustic guitar was never designed to be a solo instrument but a rhythm - just no punch to the box compared to the other instruments. Oh, well, the damage done will eventually be overcome but it'll take a generation for pickers to realize the fiddle, banjo, mandolin are far more versatile and colorful instruments
