Neat fish facts video. Enjoyed a full watch and you answered a question I had. How big they get and you answered it just as I was starting to type that question (smile). So, you were anticipating my thoughts. Thumbs up and enjoy your upcoming weekend.

Can you keep these with nano fish such as....sparkling gourami, kubotai green rasbora and ottos? Do they attack other nano fish as they do get to a large size. I know they are herbivores but I hear it’s not safe to keep with smaller fish or shrimp. Is this true.. thanks... they are gorgeous
@FridayFishFacts3 жыл бұрын
I have never seen a blue phantom go after another fish. Yes, they will suck on a dead fish, but you should be safe with nano fish. Sorry it took me so long to reply, I just saw this

Hi, I need a pleco which has a maximum size of around 4" to 6" to clean up the algae in my tank. Any suggestions?

If you’re looking for algae eating then I’d go bristlenose
@jasonbedardcrankflip3262 жыл бұрын
How do you feed blood worms without anyone else eating it before it gets on the bottom?😥
@FridayFishFacts2 жыл бұрын
Just feed them a lot
@gasbike100mpg5 жыл бұрын
Blue Phantom Plecos, how often should i feed them bloodworms? can they survive with being fed bloodworms once per week, and then the rest of the week get food via auto feeder {shrimp pellets, bug bites}. i am trying to figure out a plan, i go on 3 week buisiness quiet often. thanks

+gasbike100mpg I feed mine bloodworms every week or two. It depends on what else you have in your tank. Does your blue phantom have to compete for food? If not, auto feeding algae pellets should be good
