My local surgery have lent me a blood pressure monitor for five days! So all I’ve got to do is watch this before taking my readings then I should pass! Very relaxing!

I thought it would be quiet 1t thing in the morning but there was kids everywhere! (which is lovely and good for business) that's why there no talking all you can hear is happy screams lol

I did a behind the scenes tour and overnight at our aquarium when the boys were younger scouts. They told us that in the large tanks where the sharks are, they turn the light on at night that looks like whatever phase of the moon it is so the fish will sleep. Pretty cool huh? Don't know about the Jungle Tumble where to was it and I will have a look next time I am down there!
