I'm binge watching all pie/bakery videos. This is amazing and that drone shot at the start 🙌🏼. I loved their Palusami pie, my first time trying anything Samoan. Would go for the boilup one next time. That water to rice ratio finger technique 🤣🤣🤣...I thought it was just Indians/Asians who did that. May I suggest Richoux's in Ellerslie for their vegan pies...I know it might not sound enticing but they're good...esp their vegan steak jalapeno cheese pie.
