It's been years since I last heard this song. There was a very hard period of time, after which I got completely broken and fall out of life. One of the things i did back then is I stopped to listen music completely. It was hard to even function. When I "woke up" few years after, I left everything behind. Including music interests. I never thought I'll enjoy any kind of rock or related genres again. Until few days ago I by accident noticed Your track here. I hesitated. Just a few seconds. I clicked. I fell in tears, because I have realized how much I missed Your music, it reminded me that I have survived the past. I'll heal from the present and from whatever future brings. I've went from nearly exclusively listening to instrumental EDM for my whole music-listening life, to vocal-heavy electro pop and now metal - stuff I wouldn't even give the time of day to before. I can't listen to the vast majority of what I used to because of the strength of the associated memories. Those songs are still great but I just can't. And my music now, is like so personal and stuff I can barely even really share with people, because of the state you need to be at to truly appreciate it, and I have no idea if the stuff I listen to now are things I'll be listening to or even liking in the future.

Lately I've been listening to Blue Stahli's music every morning before work so it will be in my head all day long - just found this music a few weeks back after my kids went to their mom's for the rest of the summer (and damn that hurts) and it has helped immensely. I know it's not a perfect comparison but it reminds me of the emotions and vibes I felt when I first discovered NIN years ago, and before that Pink Floyd. Awesome music man !
