I loved this movie as a kid. Martin Lawrence was one of my fav comedians on the silver screen. Same with Damien Wayans but he wasn't in as many movies if you haven't checked out "bulletproof" with Damien Wayans and Adam Sandler. Check it out. Its a good action comedy

I never caught this, but how did dude know that miles and the sting was taking place? Its not like he was sitting outside the police station waiting for a regular bonded truck. Why would that have a diamond in it? I've seen this movie a million times and I just realized I either missed something or its just sorta glossed over. Like yea dude knows miles is playing as a cop and the diamonds there, why is he just waiting in his car for a random truck to follow??? He heard over the radio that shit ton of cops and fbi with swat teams and helicopters were gonna arrest a cartel member, and he just assumed his diamond would be there???? Dude remains not just obsessed with this one score, he does so undetected for two years. Then decides to run strait first into a literal set up.
