Ok here comes a rant that no one asked for: there were a lot of great scenes worth quoting in the game! I'll grant that halo 3 had a lot more memorable lines, but obv u should never compare the other games to the 3rd. It was a masterpiece, and can never be repeated, but also, it was a lot more theatrical. I don't mean it in a bad way, but halo 3 felt a lore more concerned with ''showmanship''. making scenes look cool and emotional for the sake of being memorable, whereas halo 4 and 5 have fewer scenes like that, but they're all the more organic for it. Like, i could probably quote the entire dialogue in halo 3........and, not just....cuz i played it like a million times...but simply bc the dialogue is made to be catchy and memorable, and a little shallow bc of it but the dialogue in halo 4 and 5? Try me, i'll remember bits and pieces, but never the whole thing. I do remember these gems, though: Masterchief saying ''hell'', arbiter sending his regards to the chief, literally every dialogue regarding Halsey and her crimes, that part where all the AIs pledge their loyalty to Cortana, etccc I'm gonna stop here bc seriously, no one asked for this. I just hope I was able to persuade you a lil'

Such a powerful theme, especially since during the series we thought John 117 was the only surviving Spartan, and all his family of Spartan II's he grew up with were killed on Reach. From a strictly story perspective (not the game's), his reunion with his lost family and team was one of the greatest moments for me in Halo. Love this music.

Is it possible to say that this may be the best song of the soundtrack? This song is such a great call back to the Wreckage from Halo 4 and some other themes as the music is played. My favorite part of the song is honestly the first half 0:00 up to 2:48
