I got a pair of these last year for Christmas and they worked good...I have a habit of forgetting about the tipups. Mine arrived with the battery voltage "low" out of the box but they still worked fine. I'm putting in some energizer lithium batteries this year as they are supposedly better with voltage drop in cold weather. Overall I'm happy with them.

@@mwink8956 thank you sir for the info. I’m hoping once I can finally get out on the ice I can give them a trial run, and maybe do a follow up video with an honest “in action” review.
