Blue Tree Loop

Have you ever wondered if there is a trail at the bottom of that ravine that snakes its way through the south side of Lee Canyon Rd.? Well wonder no more! There is a trail and down there and you can check it out here!
Blue Tree Loop totals about 7.5 miles in length and about 1,150 feet in total elevation. The trail on the north side of the road is fairly flat and wide and easy to follow. The trail on the south side of the road, in the ravine is much more washed out and harder to follow as a result.
Definitely will do this one again some day. Not the easiest trail for a beginner but not bad and the sights and amount of shade available make it a decent pick for someone looking for distance without too much elevation gain/strain.
