Blue World City Islamabad a project by Blue Group of Companies its CEO Ch Saad Nazeer recently sent a video message to ensure people about the development of the project and justifies the over priced development charges on the plots.
He has highlighted 5 Major Points in the Video
1. 25% dc charges will be waved on the members giving complete payments before 31st June and they will also get early possession in the developed blocks.
2. 25% #discount will be given to the members giving full payment before 31st July but plot possession will not be accommodated shortly.
3. Members paying dc charges in two years instalments plan will get possession in the next developed sector.
4. Members paying dc charges in four years instalments plan will get possession after four years in the available sector respectively.
5. DC charges are on 50% subsidy rate compared to market.

Development charges totally unjustified The enhancement of time with is good desicion of management however the time may be extended upto 5 year without any condition Oversee 2020 customer are also considered as old as overseas stared from 2020 30,000 installment for a job person is impossible for payment so decreased the charges with enhanced of time upto 5 year Development charges should be less than cost of land Development charges are maximum upto 25 to 40 % of cost of land like other DHA

I have told in my last video even if they allot you plot number it’s subject to approval from RDA if Rda approves their master plan which they have submitted then it’s fine if they reject that then there is no legacy for passion letter or anything given by the society
