Ingredients :
For cheesecake :
Gelatin : 2 to 2 and 1/2 tea spoons
Water : 100ml / around 1/2 cup
Biscuits : 180 grams
Unsalted melted butter : 100 grams / 1/2 cup
Heavy cream/whipping cream : 200 grams / 1 cup
Cream cheese : 200 grams /1 cup
Icing sugar or powdered sugar : 100 grams /3/4 cup
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
For blueberry topping
Blueberries : 200 grams
Water : 100ml
Sugar : 2 to 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice : 2 tea spoons
Gelatin : 1 tsp

1.100 ml water + 2 tsp gelatin/agar agar in pan mix keep aside 2.¼ cup blueberries mash 1 tbsp sugar Medium heat few mins Sauce into bowl 3.180 grams biscuit blend Bowl 100 grams unsalted melted butter mix 6 inch spring form mould spread evenly press base tightly refrigerate 30 min 4.200 ml heavy cream/ whipping cream beat stiff or soft peaks/ 250 ml fresh cream 5.200 gr cream cheese beat until smooth 100 gr icing or powdered sugar mix 2 tsp lemon mix Add Whipped cream mix Melt gelatin low flame few secs mix pour into cake tin tap to remove air bubbles Put sauce Swirls with skewer refrigerate 4 hrs 6.200 gr blueberries 100 ml water 3 tbsp sugar stir 2 tsp lemon cook 3 mins 1 tsp gelatin stir 1 min low heat pour cooled sauce refrigerate 2 hrs

kiran deshmukh don’t use non dairy whipping cream.... use amul fresh cream

How was the texture? Was it too sweet?

Noobics the texture is great! Because it has gelatin in it, it definitely has that jiggle but it’s thicker than a typical jello because of the cream cheese and heavy whipped cream. And not too sweet at all! I also don’t like things that are too sweet. I think the lemon juice in this recipe balances it out.
