You will need:
Digestive Cookies 150 g
Melted butter 80 g
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) 250 g
Sugar 40 g
Lemon Juice 10 ml
Cream Cheese 325 g
Powdered sugar 60 g
Heavy Cream 250 ml
Gelatine 10 g
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Ring cake pan 18 cm diameter
In the fridge for 3/4 hours or better overnight
