250g plain flour （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp baking powder （发粉）
100g caster sugar （细砂糖）
110g salted butter（牛油）
1/2 tsp vanilla essence （香草精）精
1 Whole egg （鸡蛋）
350g frozen blueberries （冷冻蓝莓）
50g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
1 tbsp corn starch （玉米粉）
25g ground almond （杏仁粉）
