May I know if I want to bake in an 8 inch pan? Do I double the recipe and how long do I bake the cake for? Thank you

Yes, you can double the recipe if you plan to use 8 or 9 inch pan. I am not sure about the baking part, but I think you should do 160C for about 1 hour. Use lower temp (my recipe uses 180C) so the crust and crumble do not get burnt!
