What are the best pesticides that do not harm pollinator? TIA
@ARfruitveg3 жыл бұрын
All pesticides should be used according to the label. The label will indicate if any pesticide should be used with caution during bloom so as to not harm pollinators.

The best way to protect pollinators is to keep a clean orchard free of flowering plants. Pollinators are not in the orchard at the time of pesticides use but they do come in for other flowering plants weeds. Weed & plant management

I know it is. I mow constantly. Once or twice a week. I hav 6 acres of blueberries

@@mr.shadestrains6033 We have 4 acres, but just 9 blueberries and about a dozen fruit/nut trees. We planted a lot of dutch white for the bees and in early spring it gets covered in Henbit . I really don't want to mow that down. We do mow the clover about once every 6 weeks.

You don’t really know when it will happen in the early stages the best way is to Spray before it happens. When you want to make money you don’t take that chance. As I say spray before you see the brown leaf. Not after when see the problem it’s to late. Farming & your living $$$$. Don’t take that chance. Spraying is cheap compared to a problem!!!!!!! IPM. Is ok it shouldn’t be your only tool spray management is. Key
