Ana, these muffins were delicious. Yes, Karen had a restaurant for a number of years, it was a lot of work for her, but we also had fun there too. Met some great people at the restaurant and it was a gathering in the morning for Law Enforcement, a time to relax before the day got into gear. Hugs to you and your hubby!! Oh how I wish I could have been a regular at Karen’s restaurant. The curtains in your kitchen window, I can only imagine how cute Karen’s restaurant was. I love seeing bits of your creative and colorful house. You both are in such great shape and it’s mind blowing with all the treats Karen makes, must be all those walks you go on, nice balance. Great angles Tee. The sparkling water pour was fun.

Tracie, you would have been a regular at Karen's Kitchen. It had a vibe to it that you would understand. Karen always kept changing the window displays and putting colorful flowers on all the tables. It was a gathering point. Before I met Karen I was a skinny man, now I really have to watch my weight as I tend to bloom with Karen's delicious baking and cooking. Karen likes the Boho style of things. I enjoy all the colors she adds to my life. We continue to walk each day regardless of the weather. I'll be putting out a short soon on being "mall walkers" not to be confused with zombie mall walkers. Thanks for your comment, Tracie. Have a fantastic weekend.
