Love the look of this dessert! I do wonder if you had to make the batter a second time off camera. You spent effort introducing air to egg whites and egg yolks then kept mixing after the batter was already blended, poured from way too high, ploping it out onto the sheet pan and actually dropped the pan a few times.

I wonder if it would work to have something else than jelly on top. The aesthetic of it is lovely, but I just can't with jelly stuff. I do love recipes with roll cake and blueberries though, I defintely want to try it. ^^

I tried the recipe and it turned out smaller than expected, it was about 15cm in diameter. Depending on the size of every slice, maybe 10 servings? I also used raspberries instead of blueberries and it was amazing.
