Good plan guys!! The Russian Sage get huge here in Victoria!! Boxwoods are great tough plans aswell ! 1 thing I thought of was maybe consider using some spare lumber or something (temporarily) where the mulch slopes down and meets the pathway and grass. It may help with erosion on slope and suppress the grass and weeds from coming into the bed. Looks fantastic!! Cheers J&C 🌱🌱🌱
@bluebirdhomestead
@bluebirdhomestead 2 жыл бұрын
Great suggestion on the lumber! Ryan plans on putting in some concrete sidewalks that will fill in that space. We also need to get some grass seed planted as well in the dirt areas that are left over from trenching the downspouts 😊

Hi Cara! This vlog reminds me a lot about how we started our garden 32 years ago. We used the same size of boxwoods....2 rows of ten in one of our hedges where I cut a round window. It is around 3 meters high now. Good choice of plants! I can't wait to see them fill up the area.😊🐸🦜☘

Brunnera is on my buck list 💙 My Walker's Low is in the Potager, and it will spread everywhere. You can dig out chunks and transplant it all over the place; Yay! Hydrangea! Love them so much.
