Itigo23 the sun dries the oil coating out of the inside of the lens. They’re cheap and easily replaced.

The Wait to Start light remained on after you started the bus, which I think is typical. At least it sounded good once it fired up!

no because he turns the key off right before he starts it so he can see the second gauge sweep and it resets the glo plugs or whatever

TechOut CATs don’t go through starters like everyone thinks. If this bus would have had an original starter on it it would have started the first try. 92 and 93 both started on the first try this same day. 90 which is this one had trouble and 91 didn’t start. Only because 90 and 91 have aftermarket starters.
