If you're a blue bird fan like me, check out the blue bird escolar. Find it on you tube its a sweet flat nose bus with your standard passenger door but also with an exit door behind the driver compartment. Not sure if the bus is available here in the U.s

My school district have 10 Bluebird Vision that runs on Propane! 100 gallon Propane tanks on all 10! 5 2016's and 5 2017's!

These Blue Bird Visions are sweet and clean! Too bad my state only relies on old buses but we have quite a few Thomas Saf-TLiner C3s on our fleet.

I just find it interesting that some fleets still spec hydro-boost brakes instead of air brakes! That's OK, there are private fleets here in Michigan utilizing IC buses with the I'tnl Truck big block gas engines.

Make sure to adjust the brake light switch because it doesn't turn on the lights till a hard application of the brakes. Had this problem on my bus. All the new bluebirds have this issue

With the BB gas buses where I'm at, those brake light switches are very notorious with the "Missing Brake Input" messages and transmissions not shifting.

World Things 22 The gauge sweep comes turned off from the factory. We turn them back on to make drivers wait for them to cycle before starting them. Or else I'd be deleting check engine lights all day.

I hated the 09 BBV’s. Their turn signals were loud, and not the ones on the new BBV’s. No. The 09’s have beepers as turn signals.

One thing I can say about that is even with both AC units blasting. Fully loaded with loud kids. You’d still hear it so you would remember to cancel them

Our districts oldest is like an 86' S-1700 Thomas. Newest is a 2018 IC CE w/ Cummins ISB.

World Things 22 press and hold the two buttons on the cluster then turn on the key switch. Then let go of the buttons. Screen down to self test and switch it to enable.

It's strange they don't come on with the light check button. Only way to test is with the reds on.

Thomas VS Blue Bird Nah. It might be 8 drivers here qualified to drive air brakes. Including us 5 mechanics and we all can drive air brakes.
