I love that this one is in HD but the sequence of (the editing) fit so well with the other lesser quality video you posted. Don't get me wrong.. this one is so easy on the eyes. But creatively the other video kind of gives flight to the song right away. Thanks for both. I love them. Great job!

Any chance of making more of these videos to the same song? They are awesome!

I think everyoe should make one and post it. It would be cool to see different inputs and ideas from everyone. kind of a tribute to poor old nash, RIP

HAPPY CANADA DAY! Time to bust out the roto-toms, mandolin and mini-Moog to take a journey across time and space with Canada's original progressive rock band … FM! kzbin.info/www/bejne/sGHFYaiKd8eUr7s

fm never used roto toms

@@mdent23 Cool. I tried to replicate his sound with toms, but just couldn't get the tuning. He used to play really wood shallow toms for the opening of the song (they had a Moog sticker on them, but they weren't really synth drums). Rotos came the closest for me. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sGHFYaiKd8eUr7s

@@TheLonePiper marty used 2 toms and synth drums- simmons- i was fm/nash stage tech

@@mdent23 Ah ... cool gig you had. I saw the Moog logo on the side of the drums to his right, but I am not familiar with this model of synth drum. It must be a very early version! I decided to pull the drums down in the mix at the beginning of my version, as I knew it wasn't quite the right sound, but I did highlight the use of rotos in my video. Cheers!
