Gabe, I grew up in Central Florida in Winter Haven and then the early 80s work construction doing metal framing and drywall mostly in Lakeland and Tampa. I always loved Hooters and the restaurant to. Move to Sarasota in '86 and there were Hooters there too, I mean a Hooters there as well. The better Hooters where in, I mean was in Sarasota.

Had the same experience with the fuel in the bilge. Apparently the fuel caused the impeller in the bilge pump the soften up enough that the pump shaft would spin but the impeller wouldn’t turn so no bilge pump BEWARE!!

If you notice fuel in the bilge only after filling with gas but then leak stops, Could just be the fuel filler hose that’s leaking easy fix fingers crossed for you.
