These gills are on a different level down here this year..... They're still building beds this late in the summer and not aggressive at all......Thanks brother

Up north we never appreciated sunfish because they just don't get very big except for an occasional 3lb crappie

Does it matter about the color of the crappies nibbles ? I will try some which I have but I didn’t get them to stay on my hook, I heard to let them lay in the sun to harden up, wat do you think?

Yes leaving them out in the sun helps them stay on the hook but they're still pulled off the hook.....I use the white ones because the other colors stain my boat..... Gotta set that hook before they get those nibbles off.....Thanks

Currently while they're spawning areas in bays and small creeks off the main lake with 2 to 6fow will give the best results..... Good luck and thanks

What you do for rigging? I normal just do crickets with t turn hook and float. But crickets are getting hard to find at bait shops in my area

Crickets are almost nonexistent here or you'll post way too much for them..... On this trip just crappie nibbles worked.....Thanks
