The best part about this video is the fact that you guys are unscripted and having fun no pressure on each other just playing however you feel like playing no expectations

I used to play my dads old Martin while he played banjo and my brother played mandolin. Sadly they both died in their 40’s and I haven’t played much since.

These guys are awesome! JDMC is the ONLY place I shop now. I am lucky to only live a hour away so I get to play before I buy, but if you aren't in the area and buy online you should know these guys treat every purchase like it's their own instrument. - Steve Workman

Great work guys!! But, if I could share MHO I'd prefer solos, guitar for example, as they used to play in old times when the solo's notes retook the melody of the song...

Speed Pick ◦ Bluegrass talk: ◦ What came first, the Lester Flatt "G run" or the D-28? ◦ This is a BIG QUESTION. The answer is that they came along together. They were made for each other. The music and the instruments evolve alongside of everything that dwells in the same space and time. Always moving toward perfection. ◦ What came first, The Blue Ridge Mountains or the Songs that were written of them. Same answer. They came along together. They were made for each other. ◦ Why do we imagine that a Bluegrass Band is so impeccably arranged with the instruments, tenor to bass, that bring out the balance and beauty. What came first, the Bluegrass Band or balance and beauty? ◦ Same answer. ◦ And now, comes along, The Speed Pick. For banjo, dobro, and all Travis pickers. ◦ Get up to speed with the all-metal, spring loaded, stainless, “one pick fits comfortably, securely on all thumbs”. ◦ There is no better thumb pick, than The Speed Pick.
