Moving to the valley with my 2 adult sons. This video is very informative. It's a toss-up between burbank and encino. Need 3 bedrooms. Spaciousness is very important. My oldest son and I both are inspiring actors. Moving from the Midwest. We've been flying out to LA for several yrs now to get a feel of different neighborhoods. Covid19 was a huge set back. We're trying to move before Thanksgiving and before another set back. Any advice? We will start off renting a house or townhome. Living in peace & quiet areas are very important. I think an apartment wouldn't give us that. At this point we are very sure that we do want to be cautious of high risk earthquake areas on or near the fault line which I think is hard unless we move to ares like Sacramento, Fresno, and San Diego, which are to far away from the biz.
