The thing about your force and its SB Qs - they're not that different to forward facing leadership Qs, such as, 'how in the future, as a leader, would you manage a conflict situation between two of your officers?' or, 'How in the future will you build strong relationships with partner organisations?' - these tend to follow on from the simpler Qs where you just have to be who you are. Calling them SB is a bit of a trick really!
