And you are absolute right. In the video, it not teaching to give assignment at the end of the session. What he is teaching is to insist, because sometimes the commitment is not about an action, but about a inner moviment

Mistake no1. The word is pronounced recoGnize.... not reconize. Sorry but your credibility will suffer if your grammar is not up to scratch .
