In this video, I break down the intro to Joe Bonamassa's Blues Deluxe. This guitar lesson is full of great blues bends and other very cool techniques like blues arpeggios. No matter how you feel about JB, this will make you a much, much better player.
I will be doing the main solo in the future. It is a monster and I only do videos on stuff that is 99.9999% accurate. So it will take some time.

I slow down and learn each song in detail with "Anytune Pro +". If you have any apple devices it is a must for practicing and learning new songs.

Why does EVERYONE love to complain?! It's a great guitar lesson (for free) as someone else said, it's clear and slow enough to follow without the need of an app! If some people played as much as they moaned, maybe they would be giving the lessons! Chill out people. Thanks for the lesson.

I know a lot of you have been waiting for the main solo. I have learned it note for now a while back, but I took almost a 2 year break from doing videos to build my lessons company. I promise this will be one of the first big projects that I do once I find the time. Its a crazy solo and it's insanely fast. I'll do the best possible job on it for you guys!

Dude this is awesome. I broke it down an graphed it out so I could pick Mr. B.s brain an try to get in his head. Trying to understand what he is thinking. An actually broke down every note in every expression he used for every chord. Cant wait till you come out with the big solo with all the tention build up an release. Just cant thank you enough for this! Love this blistering song. An yea it took about 12 hrs for me to break it down bar for bar, note for note, an rewinding an pausing for what seamed like the whole weekend. I wonder if he does it the same way everytime live. Thanks again its priceless what you have handed out for free my man!

It's a very hard solo to learn there are a lot of great nuances. This video helped me a lot to find better fingerings which is always the hardest part to figure out in the learning process of a solo.

What brand/type of strings do you use?? My strings seem to be extremely too tight to do the bends on f15!! Could this be due to string gauge?
@GoGuitarlessons
@GoGuitarlessons 3 жыл бұрын
It depends on a lot of things. Make sure that you are using an electric guitar, then make sure that it is set up properly by a local technician. After that make sure that you have a good bending technique. This means using multiple fingers to help push. String gauge can play a role, but not too much unless you are using 13s+

Love the lesson but... as for your recommended program, honestly, Apple Apps are getting TOO EXPENSIVE! I’m sure Anytune Pro + is a great app and $14.99 isn’t a bad price but it’s time to say no to high priced Apple Apps. Apple is in a tiny bit of trouble because their phones are starting to take a dive and people are holding on to them longer, same with their iPads. It seems like almost every KZbin person wants you to buy “their” affiliate app and the costs just going up. I’d love to have this, and the “Slow-downer” and a few of the others but I’m already Patreon Poor! Yep, Patreon Poor is when you get dollared, five-dollared, or ten-dollared to death by Patreon and pretty soon you are paying for ten KZbin Folks with Patreon accounts and it’s costing you fifty bucks or more a month... sorry, this was just a rant, you don’t have the Patreon that’s a huge plus. In my mind you are giving so much to the music community you deserve a huge thank you.
@GoGuitarlessons
@GoGuitarlessons 6 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the rant Buddy M. I do not have a Patreon account, but I have thought about it. Not sure if I will get one just yet. As for "Anytune Pro" it is worth every penny. It kills every other slow downer app so much. I know because I have a lot of students that don't have iPhones so they have to download other slowdowns, and they all suck compared to it. There are so many things that you can do with it. You should try the free version for now. "Anytune Free"

@@budandbean1 I understood what you said, sir. Considering your lengthy rant about your financial situation, the products the guy does and does not support, I was pointing out you don't need to rely on apps to sharpen your guitar skills. My bad. Maybe you could get a better job or mow yards on the weekends to support your crutch until you don't rely it anymore...with all due respect.
