Important Note: Don't remove deeply impaled objects like knifes or, in this case, shurikins without being at the hospital. What if you apply pressure to the impaled part? In Goblin Slayer manga, they removed the tip of the arrow impaled in the elf's leg because...I forgot why but they mended it with bandage afterwards. It should be fine as long as you know how to tend/treat it?
