why do you remove all your prefetch links ? This is a feature from W10 which is made to accelerate your os. Without prefetch, windows scan and analyze the program you want to launch for approx 5s to 7s then W10 launch it. So removing all these links actually slows the launch process for every program. Yes sometimes there are links that get obsolets with time but still windows limits the folder to 128 links which is very low amount of files considering their size too.
