I have not commented before and have watched all of your cooking shows!!! Making it Nice….I love ALL of the recipes….but, my comment is mainly about how you ALWAYS mention something so loving and kind about your sweet parents!!!! The fact that you speak of them with the such love and respect completely warms my heart about the real person that you truly are!!! Ooooh. I make this quite a lot in the summer and I love to have spaghetti and have this on the plate along side the spaghetti and the juice from the cucumber salad runs into the spaghetti and if you get that on your fork with some spaghetti, it is the best thing ever.
