That's Rayman 3 and it's a pretty cool game. Not the best in the mainline series but still really incredible, fun, goofy and arcadey. Initially I though the video was gonna explore all of those Mario "mods" that are based on SM64 decompilation. Like Mario 64 in Minecraft, Mario 64 in Doom and so on. That would actually make for a fun video too !
