Noah is a 10-50. He did not cancel the missing credit card. If Isabella is in some fancy boarding high school, then the meals should be included. When I was attending the State University of New York there were prepaid semester and yearly meal cards. 20 meals a week.

not all dorm style colleges and other schools include the meals those are extra for an extra 150 a month or week (depends on the area) they will feed the student 3 meals a day.

And used catsup packets to make pseudo tomato soup Back then we could regularly get 4 cans of tuna on sale for 1$. That was a good many years ago tho. But the catsup thing still works.
