Is LPR data subject to FOIA?

This is must be answered by statute which I’m no expert unfortunately.

@ if there isn't a statue and the collection of data not part of an investigation it should be available. I'll submit a FOIA and see what happens. My guess is the FOIA officer will complain that the Flock contract doesn't allow sharing.
