Well said. Nura did create the whole foundation of the PerLs.

Totally agree, Nura was the original company that set the pathway for them. So Denon shouldn’t claim all credits for the tech.

I have both and tbh the only difference is the Denon have a better mic system for calls. Other than that Nura True Pro and Perl Pro are the same, in fact l think the Nura has a warmer sound.

Luke, my first time to your channel and to my awesome surprise, I was just thinking about any reviews on the new Denon Perl PRO ear buds. The demo was a nice treat. The rep was awesome as well. I am still intrigued by the collaboration of these 2 companies. I look forward to viewing your in depth video of the Denon Perl PRO earbuds.

Nice review. I have the product for almost 2 months. I made 2 profiles and they are different. Just 2 comments - the first is that I heard a KZbin video that said that it's best to do the self calibration with white (maybe another color) noise in the background so that nothing influences the background. I found this to be very helpful. The second is that after seeing my profiles there are 2 basic colors - pinkish and blueish. What do these colors represent? In my initial calibration, I was really round and pink as if I am getting all the frequencies but I'm not sure whether this is true or not. By the way just as a side point, after a month of use, the right earbud had a fit and stopped working and then a week later came back to life and is still working. We think it may have been caused by the wireless charging and it took the right earphone time to return to itself. If others have had this issue it would be interesting to bring it up. Denon is not the most responsive in dealing with issues :) I will say that then they work (most of the time except for those 7 days) the earphones are phenomenal - the best buds I have ever heard by a far margin. I'd say that they are better then many of my (even quite expensive) over ear earphones. So this is a major accomplishment .

Rest in peace Nura. Real ones know what these earbuds used to be before they were sold off by their creators

Such a cool company. I’m curious what else they may have done if they didn’t sell the company. That said Denon has put it to good use here I think.

Awesome innovation in audio. I have my first bluetooth noise cancelling headphones arriving today for every day listening to my laptop. Looking forward to the journey.

Awesome! What did you get?

@@lukerestlessstudios I got the soundcore by Anker, Space One. Does just what I wanted. Basic wireless sound with great noise cancellation. I hang out with my wife. Each of us on our 17" laptops for entertainment. I need something comfortable for extended listening. I'll still use my Grado wired headphones for critical listening for audiophile music.

Hearing the difference between the people is imo a nonsense. Because - your ears is not anyone's else ears 😊
